UX Design Strategy
The Product department at Wells Fargo was ignoring the fact that Designers in the Experience Design group (XD) needed time to check what engineers built and bring awareness to areas of the experience being developed that didn’t follow the design documentation provided. My team mates and I devised a new way that was immediately adopted as standard process to ensure that those checks were completed before the code rolled out to production.
